They can supply the bearings. I just replaced mine last summer and they didn't have any problem getting them. I actually pulled up the parts list from the case web site at www dot caseih dot com (you can't seem to list web sites correctly here!). You select the search for parts option and on the next screen at the lower right select the begin your search for parts "right here". Then do a search on 46 and select from the list "46 McCormick-International Pick Up" you won't see the end of the description unless you hold your mouse on it, then you'll see the remainder "rectangular baler". Then go through the figure list to "56 Pickup Cylinder" and it's item 4, part no. ST543. You should be able to find most of the parts. I did find that some parts that weren't listed could be found under the newer model baler, I think a 440 baler, where it's refered back to models that can use it. Most parts guys won't know to look ahead for back references of parts. The bearings may be hard to get used. I couldn't heat my old ones enough to get them off. Has to use the old grinder and take them apart to get them free. If you go to all the work to get to the bearings you should check the drum the roller bearings rotate around for wear, if the bearings are bad then the drum most like needs work or replacement too. There's also a washer on the carrier bar inside there that's probably worn down too and worth looking at replacing (the only cheap part!). Good luck!
