I just bought a 6 ft Bush Hog that has on the tag: Type 70 006 Serial #: E5 102712. I would like to know what model it is so that I can get the owner's manual for it. I checked the Bush Hog website, but this "type" isn't listed. Help!
Thanks

William The type 70006 you found is actually the gearbox part number. I hope this helps.

Are you sure it is a Bush Hog brand mower? A lot of people use the term Bush Hog for all rotary cutters regardless of what brand they are.

Pictures always help when trying to identify something.

it is definitely a bush hog according to the tag on it. I believe it is an early squealer model after visiting a website with some of the plans for bush hogs. i"m just not sure exactly. thanks for your inquiry
