Looks like maybe a FBB.Look in the fertilizer box.The FBA has star shaped spinners and the FBB has augers.Just looked for some spare spinners for our FBA.Found 4,like looking for hens teeth.

What number is on the star??? I have to clean up a couple junk FB drills this winter at a farm I rent . . . . they may have some good stars in them, but there were different sizes for different rates.

Thanks for the help. I'm trying to buy the one in the picture. If it all works out, I'll hopefully have a nice drill to put behind my 8n and food plot about 10 acres.

Thanks for the help.

Kurt, Bob is correct. It's either a F or FB. Tx Jim

Standing behind the drill it will say in yellow letters toward the bottom of the box. More then likely a older FB. The letters will be followed by a number and X then a another number. This will tell you the number of openers and what the spaceing is. It looks to me its a single clutch lift which would be about a 8 footer. Here in southern wis they bring about 300 to 500 in the condition of the one in the pic. The amish grab them up around here.
