Looking for some new 3.50 inch x 12 inch ribbed or implement style 4 ply tires for the rear wheel off an old pull type plow. I know Miller Tire has these types of rubber tires but I am looking for a more affordable tire. Brand of manufacture does not matter. Any comments, suggestions, or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Just go buy a wore out for road use 4:80 X 12" boat trailer tire and that will work just fine.

I used a bigger tire and come to find out anything bigger than a 4.00 x 12 tire rubs against the axle. Some plows you can get away using a 4.80 x 12 tire but the majority of them require using a 3.50 x 12 tire.

I have never seen a plow you could not use that 4:80 on. If you can't get it on and work then I would check for something bent. I had JD, DB, Oliver, Moline, IHC, Case, MH, AC and they were all made so that tire would work. Ford and Ferguson did not use a rubber tire on the tail wheel. And due to the different way of measuring the ag tire to the road tire they actually are verry close to the same size. What Model plow do you Have?
