Can't find slats for #8 Little Genius Plow

I've been to the Case/IH dealer, called the guy in Kentucky, visited several local parts yards, and visited several websites, and called various plow parts places. Can't find a couple of slats for my 16" Little Genius plow. Am I the only one who has trouble finding parts for these old plows? Where do you guys find them?

Which bottoms do both of you have? I will look around and see what I can find. May have to have them made. If I had some to pattern from I could make them. I do have some on a plow chief plow. If yours is a plow chief I will see about making some. I can use mine as a pattern.

Mine are not Plow Chief bottoms. Brad Marshall referred to them as SA series bottoms. These slats are curved, somewhat. I could send you my good ones as a pattern. What is a ballpark price on doing something like this?

How about just send a pic to start with. I will make one for mine first to see how they turn out. The slats on my plow chiefs are curved quite a bit as well. I just sold a plow with those bottoms on them. It had all the slats. Send me an email, and we will see what we can do or find.

No you are not. I have been looking for a slat on my old plow for two years. I found one at a garage sale that I have not checked yet to see if it will fit my plow.

Paul-What is the P/N of your missing slat? I will see a guy, tomorrow, who has some slats, and could check to see if he has yours. Unfortunately, he doesn't have the ones that I need.

I will have to look and see. We have gotten about 4 inchs of rain the last two days so have been inside looking out mostly
