Problems with my NH 1033 balewagon

I am having trouble with the last three bales falling off the second table when the second table goes up.It does not do it on the first and second time it goes up but after that I have to stop and put the three bales back on top of the third table,it looks like maybe the second table is not pushing the bales back far enough and when the second table comes up it pushes the last three bales off.Any help would be appreciated Thanks

Well we figured out the problem,We put antisieze on the bottom of the rail that the brakes slide on and it made the rolling rack slide back easier so when the second table came up the bales could push it back easier than pushing the bales up the second able and on the ground. Thanks for the help

When both the first and second table raise they raise untill they trip a lever that resets the valve and they go the other direction. So the valve is tripped when the table is full and then the valve is tripped again in the opposite direction when the table reaches the desired height. Those are adjustable. You need to adjust it so your table goes further before resetting the valve. If you go too far the table won't come back down because gravity is the only thing making it come back. If it goes too far a little shove will send it in the right direction, but you don't want to do this every time, so keep adjusting it untill the bales go up far enough and the table still comes down. This is for a 1037 and selfpropelled models if a 1033 is different than none of this applies, but check the valve that is tripped when the table is full and see if the their is a linkage on the opposite side of the valve. If there is follow that and you'll find the second trip mechanism and you'll see the adjustment. Clear as mud?
