Hey everyone, are they still in use or have they been replaced by newer models? Just dragged one out of the weeds, still turns but top reel and bottom of chute are pretty rusted out. Is that machine still useful to sell to someone for parts or do I want to head for the scrap yard with it? Hate to let stuff go to scrap if I can help it thanks...I'm in Central New York(Cortland) by the way in case you hadn't guessed by the rusted out part.

Do you have any pictures you can send or post? I am from Cuyler (right now in Iraq) I have been looking for some older forage equipment. I am not familiar with this model where about in Cortland are you located?

Blodgett Mills actually. I think I've decided to just scrap it I don't think it could ever be used again and the more I look at it the less likely someone would need gears or whatever off such an old machine. It has set for ten years or so here and who knows how old it was before that. Our old I.H. M just didn't have power enough to run it back then and now it's probably just too old and rusty to bother with. Anyway thanks for asking, be safe, and kick butt man!
