Square bale accumalators?

I bale 40 acreas of alfalfa and 30 of timothy hay in small square bales to sell to my horse customers.Getting GOOD hay help is almost imposible anymore.Thought about bale wagons but my bale for hay not high enough.What brand of accumalators are the best for reliablity,ect. I purchased a N.H.575 square bale with hyd.tensioner so my bales uniform.Any input would be greatly appreciated.Thanks all John.

Theres a new attachment I think its called Air Baler and it uses an airbag to keep tension on bales and supposedly works very well. It"s downfall is a $500 price tag.

You should look at an EZ Trail wagon. I got one used this year and I really like it. You just pull it behind your baler and it uses the power from the plunger to push the bales up a chute into the bale basket. To unload you just pull a lever and it dumps the bales on the ground where ever you want them. They're around 3K new. there's really no maintenance to do other than a little WD40 on some of the hinges and parts that have to move and maybe the wheel bearings every couple of years. I have some pics in the tractor section, just do a search for "farmall M set up for baling".

A friend who I have baled for and sold hay to also uses the Hoelscher system. It"s not cheap dollar wise, but it"s a really slick system for moving a lot of hay in a short period of time. No dragging on the ground, like with many other systems. I"d have one if I really needed to bale a lot of hay.

I run a 570 New Holland with the hyd tensioner and its not worth the extra cost,makes no difference in uniformity of bales over cranks. I run Hoelscher sysytem for several years now. come run it if your close to me southeast Iowa. Kuhn and steffens would be good choices also. Just don't like any of the units that do the ground drag thing.
