Thanks for the reply's fellows.I phoned vermeer, and they gave me the procedure how to adjust belt tracking on the 605 D baler, others might be similair. There are treaded rods and slotted holes on the bottom of the two braces that run from the hitch front to the top of the baler.lenghtening the brace on the side that the belt run to the outside will make the belts go to the other side,or shortening the oposite brace will do the same thing, it took only 3/8" of adjust to make the belts run true. one other problem I have is that in both corners of the baler where the outside belts exit to the front of the baler between the the lower belt roller and the hay deflector on the rubber coated feed roller it always plugs up if the hay is over 14% moisture. it realy jams up there. I tried to prevent that from happening by pinning a angle iron across the bottem of that belt roller with 1/8" clearance, and weld a 3 1/2" flat to that angle iron to close the rest of the gap to overlap the deflector. It dont makes a lot of difference. Does anybody had a similair experiance, and was you able to solve it. Vermeer has no suggestion.
