Belt tracking problem

I have a vermeer 605 D r baler.
the baler always baled well for the last two years since i widened the pickup, so I can bale the full whidth of the swath 6.5'. It always made a nice square bale.
this year for some reason the two outside belts start to run to the left side, tearing out the laces, and shredding the belts in the process
All belts are in good shape, with two new ones on the outside, all belts are 10" wide, and the same lenght.all rollers and bearings are in topshape.changing belts around from side to side and in between do not make a difference. Adding extra guides makes the problem worse. The tensioner is build new 2 years ago and is strait. The cables are the exactly the same lenght. the hitch is straight too.

Any one out there that has a suggestion how to make the damn belts run true??

I believe the manual says to take the turnbuckles on the top loose from the side that the belts are running to. Then get a half size bale inside then reattach the turnbuckle. Vermeer will send you a free owners manual if you call them. Kyle

One suggestion in my Vermeer 605 H manual was to flip the belts that weren't tracking straight over, that helped on mine when one of the wide belts was tracking to one side to much and tearing the laces up...also make sure the ends on the belts are cut square before you put the laces on.

One other suggestion is go over the baler carefully and make sure you don't have a bearing going bad on one of the rollers.
