my father in law bought a second hand finish mower and has cracked the > pulley housing which holds the pulleys in place. it is 5' and has no > marking on it. it has left handed blades and has made in italy on the > housing that was cracked. the cutter has front horizontal rollers about 6" > long and rear adjustable wheels. the rear is sloped on a 45 and is closed > off. the sides can be opened for discharge. it is also red. can you help > me with its make and model maybe so that i may purchase a new housing. > thank you

Could be a Caroni. Agrisuply has parts in their catalog for these mowers if that is what you have.

Hopefully you will get better information than I can supply on this question. Sitrex is one Italian manufacturer that imports farm machinery to the USA. See if any of their equipment is similar to yours. And the mower manufacturer may not necessarily be the manufacturer of the spindle assembly. See if all your spindles match.
