NH 271 knotter problems.

Well went out and tried this fence row 271 and it sort of works, but the bill hook doesn't want to let loose of the knots. I don't have a book for it but do have one for the JD-14T but don't see my problem in it. I'm thinking I need to adjust the bill hook spring but not sure. What do you guys think is the problem??

Rust on the bill hooks and probally need adjusting as well. May need to tighten the knotter or lossen it ..... ....try it till it works *S*

I adjusted the bill hook spring and it pushed out 15 or so and didn't miss a one then just as I was going to stop baleing squares it let the twine loose on both sides. Oh well at least I got what I needed baled. After I cool off again I'll go out and finish the field off with my NH850 and be done with the hay till this fall at least on my place that is
