that plow is used to build terraces with
somebody had pictures poseted one time of one in use, pretty interesting

I think that's an old IH plow. They used a large vertical auger to help turn things over. If you look close at the picture, you can see them right behind the moldboard.

Don't believe I have ever seen a plow with what looks like a PTO shaft before.
