Have what I believe to be a 2 row oliver with OM White plates in it. Plate numbers are 245526B(R11 seed) and 245531B (R13 or R14 seed). Bear with my ignorance I'm new at this. Went to buy seed and was told "R" number has been changed and was told different translations depending on who I talked to. Does any one know what current "R" numbers will work with these plates? Also will flat seed work with these plates and if so what size ? If not are flat seed plates available for this old planter ? Many thanks in advance.

I don't show a 26B in my book. Are you sure that is the correct #? I do show a 31B which is for a medium round.

We need to positively identify your planter. It could be a two row three point hitch like mine - a Oliver #312. Posting a picture of it on the Oliver forum will probably be the best way to determine that.

You can get a manual by calling the Floyd Co. museum at 641-228-1099.

Our local, longtime, seed dealer has 1000's of plates for all makes and models hung up in his barn. He let's his customers use these plates when they buy seed. You may want to search for someone similar in your area. Someone like that may be able to translate new numbers from old for you.
