If I want to share implements with neighbors, what do I need to know about compatibility of hydraulic hose connectors?

My tractor is a 1964 JD 3020.

'Pioneer universal' is the most common type, & we try to gravitate to that. Older tractors might have their own type, but if you set yourself up with the universal style, then it's up to the other fellow to adapt to it. :)

You can replace your connectors, or buy or make an adaptor to keep your tractor original.

Your tractor should have the old John Deere 40 series quick coupler. On the 50 series and above John Deere changed to a ISO 50 series quick coupler. You can get an adapter that will plug onto new ones to fit old ones or vice versa.
