needing to know how i can fix my inside knotter frome skipping bales.. it ties but the tie come loss.. it makes the right length bow on both but this one side just wont hold, the knot pulls apart.. any ideas,

well its just not making the knott, its makeing it then it pulls apart.. the bell hook is not to tight and the string tension is loos as i can go.. what else mabe twine disk timeing or bell hook worn?

your bill hook is to tight. back off the nut that holds pressure on the hook. you can try it that way, but its nice to just clean out all the hay, trip lever and turn it over by hand until it ties and then you can tie a scale to it and pull on the scale until the knot comes of the left one and then set the right one to match. also replace the twine cutter blades while your into it. be sure the string is routed right from the bin to the neddles. i always kept mine fairly tight. the bill hook could be worn so bad its cutting the string. the gears that drive the knotters should be cleaned out each time you put in twine or service the machine.
