I have a 1715 FWD 27 HP and it will hump it to pull 2-10's in clay , pulls a 5' brush hog & 5' finish mower fine , but I wouldn't think 13 hp would pull but 1-12 & do a good job . I wouldn't want any thing smaller than 27 HP can trailer with Pick up truck & 16' utility trailer .

At 13 eng hp, and 11 pto HP.. I can't see that tractor powering up a 5' mower.. I bet it will struggle with a 4'er. My bet is a 42" mower is what size rotary cutter it will want.. and maybee a 48" finish mower.

As for a plow? A 1 bottom.. 10 oe 12.. maybee..

A disc? 4' - 4.5' if they make one that small.

A friend has a 1220.. it struggled to pull a 4' rotary mower in anything taller than 8" grass.
