New holland Super 69 or New holland 68 baler?

I have 2 68 balers and 1 super 69 baler. The 68"s work, but the super 69 has a few issues (plunger chamber rusted and plunger gets hung up in different spots and knotters only tie knot on one end of twine). I only have room for 2 balers. Is there any capacity difference between the 2 or is it just a matter of a few added features on the super 69. They look almost identical. Just wondering if it would be worth the effort to get the 69 going or just scavenge a bunch of parts from it then junk the rest.

I see that you have the 68 and 69. I have a NH 69, that I am parting out. I replace the sheet metal, and had the sheet metal make the parts out of galvinized metal. This was on the hay chute and the large piece across the back. Let it go for cheap, if you disasemble. I am in texas. don"t know where youa re

I can't comment on the "capacity", but if you only have room for 2, keep the 68's, if they are the better condition balers. Pull all the useable items from the 69, as most of it will probable work on the 68's anyway.

I had a S67 and I still have my 68. Other than the plunger of the S67 rode on rollers vs the wood guides, a different drawbar/axle arrangment (shorter and attaches to the frame on the S67) every thing else looked as if it would swap over. I parted a few items out into my 68 then sold the rest...
