114 swather will not raise

I just bought a 114 new holland swather went to get it ready but it wont raise or lower I cant
get it up no more then half inch. it is in the transport position is there more locks on it that
I am not aware of?
please help

I'm not sure how or where the cylinders lift on any JD models, but there could be a lock on there somewhere that you haven't found- Have you removed any locks yet? Our Hesston hydro-swing has one on each cylinder- it lifts by the wheels and has one for each side. They are held up with a pin through a tab that goes through a slot on the upper linkage. Our New Idea 290 haybine just has 1 cylinder with a lock that is pretty obvious behind where the cylinder hooks to the machine.

Just throwing some ideas on the wall, maybe one will stick....
