I am in need to re-lace the belt on the my buzz saw. The belt is a 6" belt 3/8 thick. I was able to buy crimp on lacing from a local shop that used to be in implement sales, but they no longer carry these types of items. Can anybody direct me in the right direction???

Before I remembered had bought a lacer 20 yrs ago, and used round bale laceing. I just lapped the ends together around 3in. and drill say 6 or 8 holes through top and bottom ends of the belt. Then I took leather laceing and ran it through the holes sideways. it worked great, other than the lump, lump, lump id hear when i was sawing

How about lacing for round baler belts? I fixed mine up that way years ago for a buzz saw.
