I have a neighbor who has a international rake of some sort that needs adjusting. only thing i can find on it is a faded out 14 on it. it has one adjusting arm on the righ side and one short one in the middle.

It has been in some sort of wreck and bent in a few places. anyone know how to adjust this? he is leaving more hay on the ground than it is raking.

looks like it needs to be level and then use the middle adjuster to lower the front.

banjo: Most rakes don't ever work well after accidents that bend things. I've seen a couple of them lifetime and it was a scrap yard deal.

Well since it isn't mine and i'm not doing the work i thought i'd pass on any information i could come up with. Guess he will have to decide if it is worth the hassle.
