I've got a 5' Brillion crow foot that I've been offered $150 for. Wood block bearings. Not for sale though, as I bought it at an auction for my uncle.

Depends on where you are. 4 foot is kind of rare. Most in this area are at least 7 foot. Might be half of a set of add-on pups. Also depends on the axle bearings. Just a shaft through a wood block is going to be worth less than one with regreasable ball bearings. Wengers in Myerstown PA would be asking $500 for a good one on their lot.

Gary,

a Crow Foot packer is similar to a cultipacker only the wheels are different. They are cast, I think, and the part that actually packs the ground looks like a crow foot instead of a solid wheel. IIRC, they are for sandier/lighter ground.
