Grasspro tedder/rake

I just bought a Grasspro tedder/rake. I was wondering if there is anyone that can tell me what adjustments i need to make to make it a tedder or a rake. The sticker with the instructions on it has been worn off. Im sure i could figure it out by trial and error but it would save me some time if someone knew. The baskets can be set up diagonal to each other or side by side, I would assume that you would run it side by side to ted and diagonal to rake, am I right? The teeth also have two different angles they can be set at. All of the teeth on the one basket have springs that hold them up but the teeth on the other basket arent held up by the springs is that right or should they all be held up by the spring? Thank you in advance.
