I am looking at a nh sickle mower 455 I think.
Everything operates and stored inside.
Just wondering about price and maintenance.

the nh 455 is a good mower. around 1k for one field ready. check the belt pulley the drives the cutter unit, not worn and wobbley. keep the sickles sharp and it will cut. i hav had good service getting the sickels and guards from webbs sickle service, grand island, neb.

Bob, I don't anything about prices, but we sold
lots of those mowers new and used and they are
excellent. Biggest thing would be: how has it been
maintained. Are the sickle parts worn. This would
be the factor with all mowers. Otherwise there
were no weak areas. Chuck
