I'm looking at a Garfield drum mower
does anyone have any experience with these? its a two drum and is like 5.5 feet wide. is there parts availablity? I can't seem to find anything on these things.

I promise you once you have tried a drum mower ( or indeed a disc mower ) you will never go back to using a "sick of it" ( sickle ) mower. At least that is what we found, in 1968!

Man O man....I gotta see one of those working some day. I look at the picture and can't make any sense at all on how it hooks up or works!
That 3 point is on the wrong side and pointing the wrong way to me.

The drum mowers mow in the same manner as a disc mower.

I believe the photo shows it in the transport possition. It swings to the side when in mowing possition.
With the way my job is going I have been looking for a way to mow and ted at sun up. Drum mower and a tedder would be the ticket.
