I looking at 17' enorossi hydraulic fold tedder. Its about 3 years old in really good condition they want 2250 for it. Just wandering if this brand is any good? I have also found a 17' kuhn digidrive fold behind tedder. It's about 8 years old in pretty good shape for the same money. Is a fold behind tedder much trouble to fold up?

Thanks,

The fold behinds are fine if you don't have a lot of road travel or gates to go through. Otherwise they seems to eat tires on the chipseal around here on our Deutz (rebadged old kuhn) The two centre tires are never toed in/out right.

In the field they work the exact same.

The EnoRossi is lighter made than the Kuhn but will transport easier than the Kuhn. The EnoRossi and a New Idea are the same tedder. If you ask me in our market a fold behind Kuhn is worth $1,000-1,500 Max. Just as a point of reference we sell a new hydraulic fold 17' Sitrex tedder for $3,600. The EnoRossi is not any cheaper for me to purchase.
