my present baler does't have a thrower. I have some real good hay areas that are small and I just run the bales out on the ground. the area is just to small to pull a wagon. I'm looking at a NH 273 that has a thrower. I will admit, it would be nice to have a thrower for my bigger fields. is it possible to just run the bales thru the thrower and not throw them? is there something I could unhook or take a belt off to remove power to the thrower? if yes, would the baler push the bales thru the thrower?

I have a thrower off of a 275 NH that I would sell ya to put on your baler. It should fit I would think. I am in South West MN.

you can run bales through the thrower, loosen the tension on the thrower belt and slip the drive belt off, if you don't take the drive belt off the thrower belt will burn through the bailer twine, we have done this to drope bale some small fields, it will work well.
