Where is it located?

Some folks like these for lawn ornaments, while others clean them up, refurbish bearings and any worn parts, give 'em a new paint job and then use them for small jobs or to take to the local agricultural fair or show.

Problems to look for: Discs that are rusted flat along the bottom from being in contact with the ground for too many years, and wooden bearings that are worn out and/or rotted away. The latter can be re-made, but it takes a little time.

Don't have any idea what the value would be; my motto is, "One man's trash is another man's treasure," or, as Grandfather used to say, "It's not what it's worth, it's what it'll fetch!"

Hope you fetch what you need to out of it, or enjoy the restoration process if you decide to keep it.
