Where to look for the numbers that would tell what yr. model and all the stuff I need to know. Sure could use the help.

look on the bell housing close to starter if its a NAA or 100 series

50s could be an 8N, Jubilee/NAA or the Hundred series Fords.
Have a look at the Smith's great tractor site for more info.
Scroll down for the later tractors.
When you find the numbers post on one of the Ford boards. Great folks there will help you decipher the year etc.
