Where can I find a hydraulic cylinder to replace my third arm on my 3pt. hitch?

you need to be careful using a cylinder for a third arm. if you use a cylinder for a third arm you need to limit the amount of sway that your life arms have. the cylinders don"t have enough of romm to pivot much and if put in a big bind they could cause you to break something either the cylinder or the mounting point on the tractor. put one on and move the lift arms by hand and see if everything clears ok. i broke the ears off of a cylinder on my 574 trying to do what you trying to do.

Hard to post links here, they don't like compitition, but see if I can say Carter & Carter from the mid-south has them, good price. A web search should find them for you. These have high-pressure pilot valves so they will not drop on you over time or in a hose blow-out.
