Old tires for a plow

Hi All , More plow questions . I have a couple of spoke wheels from something that I dug out of the old shed ( literally out of the dirt ) in back that have some pretty good - Hood 400 - tires on them . They've been there at least 20 years ( probably a lot more )in a dark corner getting covered by dirt . The size is 6.70x15 . The other lettering on them is - low pressure - . Anyone ever heard of these ? The spoke wheels don't seem to interesting , just round hollow tubes with a tube center in the middle about 1-1/2" in diameter for a bar or something as an axle ( maybe off a corn elevator or something ) . No bushings are evident and the center tube isn't very heavy walled and it has a normal looking drop center rim . Are they worth saving or could I take the tires off and use them on the plow I just bought ? They are a little bigger than the 5.90x15 tire the plow manual calls for but they will work just fine I think . The diameter should be close so adjustment of the depth and transport height shouldn't be affected to much . Any suggestions on the rims ? Thanks again . ...Randy

Unless you bought something different than what you were asking about, yes they are what should be on a JD 555H, about a tenth of an inch bigger than the 5:90 that would be a bit small for the land and furrow wheel and also should work for the tail wheel
