About two months ago, I went looking in the archives for something I once said. I knew the subject and aprox date, however I couldn't find it. Here is what I did find and will use round figures to make the point. My total postings lifetime as of roughly Dec. 31 06 were 26,000. About one year earlier my total was 30,000. Since I started posting late 1999 or early 2000 that would make roughly 6,000 per year, to the end of 2005. By the way, I'm not the highest. I suspect I didn't post as much in 2006, however based on end of 2005, I expected to find myself around 34,000 to 35,000 at the end of 2006. This would lead me to believe 9,000 of my posts are missing. This doesn't bother me a whole lot, in fact I sometimes wonder why Kim archives all anyhow. I often think the OT and social threads have little value being archived. I just wondered if anyone else had noticed this. I certainly don't make a mark on the wall every time I post, thus I have no idea what the total is. If I hadn't checked one year ago, I'd have never noticed this. I think I've only checked 3-4 times since 1999.
