Dearborn Planter Seed Plates

I am looking for seed plates to fit a Dearborn 12-87 two-row planter. Not sure which company made the planters & plates for Ford. Here is a photo of the plates I have. Plastic blanks that can be drilled would be fine. The center configuration is critical and unique to the planter. Thanks for any information or assistance.

If the diameter would be the same as either the Lincoln Ag plastic plates you could cut out the drive parts for the deere or Ihc and file those notches in so diameter would be the key.
