IH 400/800 pump

Hi guys,
I have a IH 800 planter with a 1000 rpm pto pump and i was wondering if you guys would think the 540 rpm pto pump off a 400 would work. Pump is for the blower. Unless the 400 series dont use a pump and it has shaft to the blower...cant rememeber...Let me know what you guys think.

The 400 pump won't work on an 800, the 400 pump was about 6 gpm and the 800 needs 8 gpm.

400 came both ways, pump and shaft.

I suspect the 400 pump is of lower capacity than the 800 pump. I probably have information on the 400 pump somewhere but I'm not proposing to go look.
