The one I am rebuilding is a T70. I've seen your pics and it is like your older one with the "Shoe" lever inside the right rear wheel. This valve is directly above and puts water into the rear of the shoe. It is operated by a rod that runs along and inside of the right "Comfortable" seat.
A wonderful lady, in Pa, has helped me greatly with a copy of her Dad's book. I can't thank her enough.

I remember when I was a kid we used burlap bags on the seats when we were putting out plants. I remember thinking how much fun it was cause your sitting right there on the ground. We never used the watering thing and one of mine doesnt even have the water barrell any more. We took that off to stack the plants on instead.
