DonIn reply to your post below. I had replaced all the sections and bolts before it went to the field last year. I also replaced the worst guards, but I think I will replace the rest this spring. I have the two piece guards. I will have to check closely then to see of the frame is straight or not. It looks like it is high in the center. We have rocks in this country. Still can't believe a 4010 would only pull 12'. They were 85 PTO HP from the factory and most have been overhauled to 4020 spec engine and pump. I have checked out Sickleservice. Looks good, but shipping across the border would add some cost and delay. I can buy aftermarket guards made by Westward Parts from a local shop for a similar price. Liked my 1014. This spring I have to tear into the auger drive before haying. That big drive sprocket on the left side is so loose you can wiggle it side to side about half an inch. Can't see starting to cut hay with it like that. With the new digital camera I will be posting pics when I start the work. Where are you located in WI. I lived in West Bend for a little over 4 years. Great place and great people. Was sad to leave. John
