Going to a sale this coming weekend that has an old single row Papec cutter on it. It peaks my interest because I run one of the some growing up. Other than old memeries, does that thing have any real value that anyone knows of?

I bought a 151D with the 7.50-24 tires on it a couple years ago in good working order, with 5 extra sets of new or resharpened flywheel knives, for $12. It works great, but the project for which it was purchased (feeding steers out of the silo) has not come to fruition . . . .

Does that chopper have the big tires on it? We used one like that for about 20 years, very little trouble with it. Almost like an industrial built machine. I doubt if it has any real collector appeal. You will probably have to outbid the scrap iron buyers.

It caught my interest, but I really don't need another machine taking up room in a shed. I haven't seen it yet, but the one I run had the talltires too. Thanks for the response.
