cultivators and plow for Farmall C

I posted before for pictures of cultivator and plow. Does anyone know the model numbers of the cultivator and plow that mount on a Farmall C? this not a fasthitch plow. I have found few pictures on this website but I think what I need are the operators manuals for these guys.

I would like to know the model numbers so I can find them. If anyone has manuals for these, I would appreciate the opportuninty to buy them--copies or original.

I admit that I don't know much about these
implements, but I am sitting here with owners manual
for a C-244 cotton and Corn Cultivator [two row}
for use with Farmall - C Tractor. My FIL bought a
new Farmall C and because he thought it lacked power he traded up to a Farmall Super C. I have seen
a cultivator mounted on his Super C over 40 years
ago. The picture in the manual looks a lot like the one posted by sentry but not exactly. That manual
is in pretty good shape with torn front cover and
a few other pages. As for the plow, the owners manual says
McCormick-Deering C-294 Moldboard Plow, [Direct-
Connected, Two-Bottom, One-Way} for use with Farmall-C Tractor This manual is in very good con-
dition. The picture in the manual looks like the mounting to the tractor is the same, as sentry's but the plow
is 2 bottom a one way plow with coulters and
a steel tailwheel. The cultivator is also McCormick Deering. If your interested E-mail me

Here is a scan of the cover for the cultivator. I have them mounted on my Super C. Can supply you with more pics if you need more info. I purchased the cultivator owners manual on ebay. They are not rare, but if you need it I can scan for you. Just purchased a complete 1 bottom 2 way plow setup, do not have it home yet. I need a owners manual for them

mwilke: I can help with the plow. If the plow is single bottom the number will be 193, and if two bottom 295. The way these plows were designated for model numbers was A-193 or C-193 and in the case of two bottom A-295 or C-295. Plows were the same, the letter in front just indicated which mounting hardware you needed or was included for a SA or C and SC. This of course was for SC without fast hitch.

The reason I said SA is hydraulics, the non hydraulic plows were different numbers, and of course were for A and B tractors.

I also have a book that shows a B-236 cultivator on a Farmall B, It indicates there was also HM-236 cultivator. The print on this is before the days of the C, however if that 236 cultivator has hardware for mounting on B, H and M, I'd almost bet IH designed a mounting kit for the C. looking for a manual you might try C-236, it's worth a shot.
