Difference in Vermeer 605B 605C Baler?

Hello, I was wondering what the differences is between the 605B and the 605C Vermeer Baler? I have a 605C that I use and I really like it (even though it is an old closed throat baler). But, I'm looking to pick up a cheap backup baler so if I have hay on the ground and my baler quits me, I can finish the job. There is a 605B coming up on a sale soon and I don't figure it will go for too much , but was just wondering what was different about it than my 605C? Thanks.

Scott

Scott

Check out the condition of that floor belt before buying. BIG $$$$ to replace. If it were me I would look for a cheap F and use the C as a backup.

My $0.02

John

Scott, if I remember right the B had a platform belt. They were really two different balers. I went from a 605 A to a 605 F I was really glad to get rid of the platform belt and the closed throat. The A was the last HYD tension until the F I think. I have forgottin things over the years. Jim
