The bale chamber sheet metal back by the needles on my 336 is getting quite thin and needs replacing, I see in Farm Show mag. a company sells a plastic liner that can be installed, of course they have all kinds of good things to say about it; less leaf loss, tighter and nicer looking bales, less power to operate baler. I sent them an e-mail inquiring about price but no reply yet. Was wondering if anyone has put one in their baler and how it's working out. Thanks, Gene

In my area of the country we sell Timothy hay for export and use mainly 3 tie balers. A lot of the farmers use the plastic or vinyl liners in the bale chambers and it seems to help them get tighter, heavier bales. They are kind of a pain to install but really seem to work.
