I was looking at 700 plow a guy wants to sell,but the trail wheel is frozen up. Any ideas on to free it? Thanks Denny

Pull type or semi mount? I've worked on several 510's, 550's, 700's & 710's semi mount that guys have left set out and they wouldn't steer. Every time I found it to be in the front tower for the steering arm . I have heated them and worked them loose but I've had a couple that I had to take the torch & split the tower from top to bottom. than take them out and keep turning them to get broke loose.Than weld the split back.
