Was looking for help identifying ford Sickle bar mower. The tag looks like it says 14-93. Is this a 501 series or 505? I have no clue. The bar is 7 ft and it is a 3 pt hitch mower.

There is a 14-73. I have a manual that references it as most of the info applies to the 14-59, 14-67, and the 14-73. I have a 14-67 with a 6 foot bar.

This is from a June 1957 dealer Master Parts Book for the Dearborn model 14-59 rear attached sickle mower. Much of this info also applies to the 14-67 and 14-73 models:

There is a site with downloadable manuals. But I don't have the address handy.

I have a 501 and the tag says 501
From reading here in the archives before the 501 was made they made a 1492 and a 1493 - my bet it is a 1493

A 515 is a pitmanless mower.
