Looking for packing for the hydraulic cylinders on an old du-al loader. Exhausted most local sources, others have "should work" options but would like to find original style that I know worked great until old age zapped em".

Please let me know your sources so I can contact them and give them my measurements.

Thanks in advance

They are called "tire cord" packings. Old stuff. Baum sells kits, and they were very helpful on the phone.

Local guys "around town" want to sell upgrade kits. Nothing wrong with this but I"d rather stay with what I know works.

Really appreciate all the input. This is a great site to find sources and lots of good people who have "been there and done that"

Define "local sources" I used to have a Hercules hydraulic catalog and they catored to that market. First of all what type of seals are you looking for and what sizes are you looking for. Some of that old stuff has been superceeded by newer products. Send me a pm on the hpoca form if you want to discuss it in more detail. J.
