Need help with my Heil Scraper

I just bought a Heil pull type 12yd scraper. I just converted the hydrolics towork off the individual hydrolic packs on my 4786 IH. After I finished I was moving the pan up and down and the cylender that lifts the pan cracked from one end to the other. If anyone knows why this happened or where I can get a different one please let me know.
