Usually in this order, wrench, bigger wrench, bigger wrench with pipe (try not to break anything at this point), heat with torch. If all this has failed then the part is torched off and I feel better. Then I can figure out how I'm going to fix it back. If it's something that's big and probably difficult to replace and I don't need it right this minute I usually try soaking the PB blaster in several days. With patience I have been very successful. It's when my patience is gone that things start to get ugly. I have definitely burned off my share of fairly expensive parts, but I try to have more patience nowadays. You really should be able to get the turnbuckle and bolts loose with the heat. If the bolts can be replaced I usually just torch them and save myself the aggravation. Have fun.
