I looked at the drill today when I was at the farm. It's a bit over nine feet wide, with the business part of it holding 13 disks over about eight feet. The structure at the front seems to have been re-done in fairly modern angle iron, so I'd guess it has been refurbished within the last ten years. Tongue's o.k. for a two-horse hitch. The wooden plank across the back is intact. The rest seems to be metal. Doors and such are intact and complete.

Is this thing worth anything on the old implements market, or should I give it away?

Thanks,

Rod

Don"t scrap it! I don"t know what it is worth (whatever someone is willing to pay), but I could use it with my two Percheron draft horses. (I"m learning a little about horse farming from my Amish neighbors.) My parents live in Detroit. Do you happen to be towards the Windsor end of Ontario? If so, maybe we could work something out. Thanks, John

I am no expert on horse drawn equipment but do not give it away! Someplace there has to be a market for it.
