You can try different ground speed going in to the hay and less rpm's on the pto. BUT if it's to green/moisture the bale will get hung in the chamber if it forms and fills and will have a heck of a time getting it out.

I've had two of those style balers (have 8430 cih now) and I just wait untill the hay is dry. No fun getting a bale stuck in the chamber and it won't dump.

I've only had a problem with outside rounds and have had two to get stuck since 1986. What I do for some high moisture outside round is start the bale with dry hay in the field and finish up the roll(last 4-5 layers) with the outside round. I only do that when I'm just about finished with the field.

Did you break the #60 chain that turns the square roller? Been there and done that. Haven't broken one in years now once I figured out what was causing it.
