Anyway, I purchased a pull type 8 foot JD 2row double disc at auction for $175 in working condition. Probably between 40 and 50 years old. Not much paint left on it.

I also purchased a 3pt pull type 8 foot Ferguson 2row double disc farm direct for $150 in semi working condition. I have of photo of the Serial plate with model number somewhere. Plate fell off in the field. Parts of the 3pt connection are missing. but still works. This disc is probably between 50 and 60 years old.

I pull these with a 1955 Ford 600 and sometimes use a double section JD adjustable spiketooth drag. Paid $50 for that.

I don't have remote hydraulics on my Ford at this time. So I would say a disc that requires hydraulics would be worth less to me than one that can be put in the travel position with out hydraulics.
