What kind of bore is in it? If it is a straight bore w/ a key, you can replace it with a steel one no problem. If it has a spline or cluch of some sort, you can have the sprocket cut of the hub to make a step hub, then weld a new sprocket to the hub w/ a ni-cad rod. If you don't have the tools to do it(lathe is a must), bring it to a machine shop and have them do it. Where are you at? I used to work at a gear shop in Freedom, Wisconsin that does tons of those repairs for local farmers. Did a few for myself too. It ussually costs about 1 hr of labor and the cost of the sprocket, and the farmer is well on his way. Heckuva lot cheaper than the sprocket the other guy found new. If it's a rugular bore, all ya gotta know is the tooth count, size chain, size of bore, size of key (if it has one) set screws, In your case, the sprocket is a 60A49 and whatever kind of hub it has.
