I know I may be too late. But I seen your post about Kuhns Accumulator and had to respond. I own one. I have used it for all year (2006). It works great! I am very plesed. Word of caution,-the grabber to pick up bales is heavy. I had to update to a Allis 6080(85 HP)FWD with a Allied 695 loader. Yes you do have to set bales a little shorter. If you need any more let me know.

looked intio them and have just seen the movie demo. I still am running my Hoelscher unit. After the modsifications I did to mine I really like it.It is like the other units thou bale length you reall have to watch and the Kuhn unit is designed to work with shorter bales from what they told me. My unit the way I have it now any bale lenght will still work with no problems.
